Your Home is comprised of 2 main rooms :
the Living Room and the smaller ‘Office/Dressing’ Room.

You will be surprised by the spaciousness of the Bathroom
with full bath and shower.
Our guests  call it ‘The Spa.’

We keep it stocked with shampoos, lotions, Kleenex, deluxe toilet paper (only the best for our guests!) and fluffy towels.
A hair dryer and curling iron are also provided.
The water pressure is remarkable and there is unlimited hot water.

The independent and cheery Kitchen, in contrast to the Bathroom,
is petite – yet fully equipped (see Amenities Page) and well-stocked with everything you need to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal.

The main living area serves as your Living Room, your Dining Room, and your Bedroom.

Like magic, the French Meridian sofa effortlessly unfolds to a queen-size bed with deluxe mattress.

Do not be fooled by the word ‘sofa-bed’ !
French designed and manufactured sofa-beds are a world apart from all other sofa-beds or click-clacks !
Our guests are surprised, even astonished, by the comfort and functional ease of this French sofa-bed.
Perhaps it is because Parisian homes are smaller and we must find clever and inventive ways of maximizing space,
that French furniture manufacturers have had to cater to this market.
Sofa-beds are very popular in Paris.

” I lay in bed at night in the very comfortable  sofa/bed (and I have back issues!) and could not hear a single sound – it was that quiet.”

“I was extremely lucky to be the first guest to sleep in the new bed – it is made in Italy and very comfortable. This was my fourth visit to the apartment and certainly won’t be my last. Thanks for a wonderful stay.”

Sweet Dreams in Your Little Home in Paris !

Make Yourself at Home!

Hang up your clothes and store your belongings in the armoire in the Office/Dressing Room.

This smaller room is perfect for planning your day, making museum and restaurant reservations, and keeping in touch with family and friends back home.
There is a desk and bookshelves with guide books and maps.

The Office/Dressing Room also has a single bed that is ideal for a third guest or for two friends who prefer a little privacy.
This bed is also wider and longer than a traditional single,
at 90cm X 200cm. And the mattress is very comfortable.
One feature that stands out, is the headboard. So you can prop up your pillows and read before turning out the light. The bed easily folds up during the day to give you more space, or you can leave it out.
A couple of solo travelers have chosen to use this bed to keep the sleeping and living spaces separate and to fully enjoy the two rooms.

There are also two fans for those warmer summer days.

Cozy and Bright

Your Little Home is bathed in natural light.
There are three windows : a large picture window in the Living Room, a smaller window in the Kitchen and another window in the Office/Dressing Room.
The windows may be kept open all day and even at night. It is a safe neighborhood, and the flat is snugly tucked away in a quiet courtyard.
